  • A lot of Boundless folks are super fit and buff. I am not one of those people (yet). I love how warm and welcoming everyone is, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.   • Before coming to Kevin's class, I was feeling so fatigued and exhausted that I could barely wake up in the morning even after having slept for 8-10 hours. I guess COVID was a great excuse for me to delay working out until I found Kevin's outdoor fitness class (no longer had the COVID excuse)!   • My experience at Boundless has been INCREDIBLE! I had amazing results from a one month team Nutrition Challenge. I lost 6.3% Body Fat and gained 5.9% muscle mass. Coach Kevin is very knowledgeable, patient, and has helped me to achieve my fitness goals and dreams even at age 55. After just four weeks of an 8-week personalized strength programming, I’ve gotten so much stronger, hit PRs week after week lifting 20-90 lbs heavier for Bench Press, Back Squat, and Deadlift.
