Founder & Head Coach
I’ve been coaching since 2013 and have had the privilege of working with all types of people, from athletes and high-performers to busy parents and beginners. Over the years, I’ve helped people transform their bodies, build strength, improve energy, and feel more confident in their skin.
But I realized physical results alone weren’t enough. Even after getting fit, many people still felt overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected. That’s what led me to my own journey — one that involved spiritual retreats, inner work, and a deeper exploration of what true health really means.
I created BOUNDLESS to bring it all together: fitness, mindset, and connection — so people could grow stronger not just physically, but mentally and internally too. Here, we train with intention, support each other like family, and strive to live fully, both in and out of the gym.
Fun fact: I once did a 21-day silent retreat in India and loved every minute of it. I’ve done many more since — modern monk style.

It all started in kindergarten when I joined a co-ed tee ball league. I immediately became aware of the focus on performance and developed a relentless self-requirement to always perform better with each practice and game. If I was benched, I had to do better. Coach yelled at me? Had to do better. Let a teammate down? Do better. Lost a game? I had to BE better.
Later I started swimming, then got into basketball, volleyball, and track & field. By age 12 I had already started lifting weights to support my identity as an athlete and to BE better. I eventually became a collegiate volleyball player, and although I was squatting 300lbs and cleaning 170lbs, I still only saw weightlifting as a tool to support my athletic performance.
Once I realized that becoming a professional athlete wasn’t in the cards for me, I retired from competitive sports and began meandering through the world of health and fitness using the foundation I’d built as an athlete to guide me. Over the last two decades in search of my life’s purpose, I’ve coached several sports of varying levels (tiny tots to collegiate teams), became a personal trainer, natural health & wellness coach, yoga & meditation instructor, and completed any health & fitness related certifications I could find.
Today, my goal is simple: to help humans live healthier and BE better. Boundless embodies my goal at its foundation, and I am here to keep supporting each and every individual in our community to BE their own version of better!
Fun Fact: I speak multiple languages and have lived in seven different countries!

I’ve been coaching since 2021, sparked by a life-changing meeting with Kevin that ignited my own physical and spiritual transformation. It’s through my own journey and growth that I fuel my passion, guiding others to find their strength and purpose. As a father, I understand the grind of balancing family and fitness, pushing others to live boldly and tackle daily challenges head-on.
My journey taught me that real growth lies in leaning into the uncomfortable—embracing what scares you to unlock your potential. I never liked running; it felt like a slog. But pushing through showed me its mental clarity and physical strength benefits, from sharper focus to a stronger body. I once dismissed meditation and spirituality as woo-woo nonsense, but now I see it’s all God, grounding my purpose and keeping my heart open. I thought a gym was enough, but I learned a tight-knit community and structured programming, builds not just muscle, but sparks transformation and connection.I bring expertise in strength training, running, and functional fitness, pulling from my experience with hybrid programming and race-specific blocks. Join me at Boundless to align mind, heart, and soul, and crush it together.
Fun fact: I rock the bald look by choice, channeling action heroes like The Rock and Vin Diesel, saving time on grooming while owning the high-T, fearless vibe

Being born with severe scoliosis, I was taught from a very young age to avoid any movement that might cause me back pain. While my parent’s hearts were in the right place, that mentality led me down a vicious cycle of limited movement followed by even more pain. Eventually my severe back pain rendered me functionally immobile, struggling to get out of bed every morning and popping Advil like candy to get through the day.
After largely giving up on my body, I was fortunate enough to stumble on Boundless in 2022 during a fork in the road moment in life. With nothing left to lose, I gave my body one last shot and went through Coach Kevin’s rigorous training. While what followed was some of the toughest soreness I’d ever experienced, I quickly realized how valuable all the movements were. My core stability and strength rapidly developed, and suddenly movements I was terrified of became enjoyable. I was able to move in ways I had only dreamed of.
Today I am blessed to move largely pain free. I became a NASM certified personal trainer in 2024, specializing in corrective exercise, nutrition, and performance enhancement; and work with a large range of people, from the elderly struggling to move to athletes recovering from injuries. I hope to help others move pain free while inspiring them to look past their perceived inabilities and realize that with thoughtful training, their movement can be Boundless.
Fun fact: My favorite exercise is the weighted pull up, specifically with a dumbbell positioned at the feet! It provides the opportunity for an easy drop set while giving an unbelievable stretch for your entire spine!

My fitness journey started not in a gym, but on the soccer field. I was constantly frustrated by injuries that kept me from playing the sport I loved. Training became a way to protect that passion, to build the strength and resilience I needed to stay on the field. What began as personal rehab turned into a deeper purpose: helping others move, train, and feel like athletes in their own lives.
Now I coach with that same mindset. I blend structure with support and always meet people where they are. I’m especially passionate about training that improves performance while preventing injuries. This kind of work doesn’t just change how you play, it changes how you live. If I can help someone experience even a glimpse of what fitness gave me — more confidence, more power, more joy — then I’m doing what I came here to do.
Fun fact: I once had to leave a small Malaysian town overnight (by accident, I swear). I lived there at the time, but thanks to a bad connection and some local gang drama, the police gave me a one-way escort... to the airport.

In my mid-20s, I worked long hours in a dark office doing visual effects for movies. It sounded cool on paper, but the sedentary lifestyle and oversized dinners caught up with me. I wasn’t sleeping well, eating well, or moving much. Something had to change.
A coworker saw my interest in training and offered to coach me for triathlons. We swam, biked, and ran, but what stuck with me were the barbell lifts we used for injury prevention. That’s when something clicked. I fell in love with lifting.
Even after stepping away from triathlons, I kept coming back to the barbell. I dove into powerlifting, focused on building strength and mastering key movements. Later, Boundless reenergized my training with its mix of metcon, calisthenics, strongman, and Olympic lifts. That’s when Olympic lifting really hooked me. I was drawn to its unique blend of grace and power, and it’s a discipline I plan to keep studying and practicing for years to come.
Today, I’m still a software developer—just stronger, more energized, and fully committed to strength training. I love the challenge of chasing progress, where even a few extra pounds can make the lift feel brand new. Lifting keeps you humble and always learning.
Coaching at Boundless is my way of giving back. Strength training changed my life, and if I can help someone take that first step, that’s a win I’ll always chase.
Fun Fact: Athletic movements do not come naturally to me, which helps me relate to anyone just starting out. I remember what it feels like to be new, and I coach with that in mind.
