  • BOUNDLESS

    Our signature class — this is where transformation happens. The BOUNDLESS program is a full-body strength and conditioning workout designed for every body, no matter your fitness level. Workouts are different every day, and your coach will help modify movements to fit your goals and abilities.

    You’ll train with purpose using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, sleds, pull-up bars, bikes, and bodyweight movements — all programmed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and boost your stamina. Some days will push your strength, others your endurance, and many will challenge both. If you want a well-rounded, intelligent approach to training — this is it.

    Ages 14 and up.

  • ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING

    Train like an athlete — because you are one. This class is designed to build next-level athleticism by focusing on speed, agility, coordination, power, and explosiveness.

    It’s great for youth athletes looking to get ahead in sports, as well as teens and adults who want to move better and feel more dynamic in their bodies. We use performance-based drills, sprint work, plyometrics, reaction training, and more to help you become quicker, sharper, and more powerful — both on and off the field.

    Ages 8 and up.

  • BDLS RUNNING

    This class is built for anyone looking to take their cardio and conditioning to the next level. Held at a local track, BDLS RUNNING focuses on improving endurance, aerobic capacity, and overall engine through targeted running sessions.

    Expect a variety of workouts from long zone 2 efforts to mid-distance repeats and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just want to improve your fitness and VO₂ max, this class is perfect for building a stronger, faster, more efficient body.

    Ages 12 and up.
