BOUNDLESS WITHIN
BOUNDLESS WITHIN is a three-hour mind, body, and spirit immersion exploring the inner foundations of fitness, performance, and well-being.
Through practical teaching, guided meditation, mind-body training exercises, and inner-work processes, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of yourself and learn tools you can apply to your everyday life.
The workshop is for anyone interested in personal growth, holistic well-being, and developing a stronger relationship with their mind and body.
You do not need to consider yourself an athlete or have an established meditation practice. All levels of experience are welcome.
No. The BOUDLESS WITHIN workshop builds upon themes explored in the Within classes, but the workshop is designed to stand on its own. Both new and returning participants are welcome.
The workshop is centered around three interconnected areas:
-Understanding the mind and changing how you relate to stress, emotions, and negative thought patterns
-Strengthening the mind-body connection through breath, mental training, and performance psychology
-Connecting with yourself more holistically by bringing your mind, body, and inner life into greater alignment
The experience will combine practical teaching with guided meditation, performance psychology, mind-body training exercises, and inner-work processes.
